The small town of Gandy was one of the founding towns of Logan County. Starting in the 1880s, this town helped build the county and the farmers and ranchers around the area. Although it is not as large as it used to be, the area is still rich with history and stories. Click “Gandy Story” to learn much more about all this small Sandhills, Nebraska town holds.

These two buildings are a couple of the early buildings that are still standing. 
The exact year of this plat map is unknown but is one of the originals, possibly dating back to 1890.
